The reason that MediaMonkey is just a player and a database organizer, it's why I just love it so much (and for many other reasons of course), it does its job fast and does it great. This is also one of the main reasons why I switched from MusicMatch. I just hate the idea of having a software trying to sell me music everytime it is connected to the internet. I think that MusicMatch got off its goal, it seems that they tried to make an all in one music store-manager, and turned out into a slow loading and bugging app, that just frustrated the hell out of me! :-?

what types of music do you like, there are some very good sites for a sorts of stiles:

e.g. metal: check out kataklysm.info for a weekly full free and LEGAL album


further i often use google to search mp3 just enter the following:

?intitle:index.of? mp3

followed by the name of song or artist you're looking for. Google isn't ILLEGAL, i don't know about the sites you may find.
