See the My Skins link in my signature. Below the screenshot, there's a link to download the skin file.
You can also donwload the skins package through here (previous page).

did you check the skins link that steegy has in his sign... ?

find one of steegys posts and then click the link in his sign.. he made a page with every known skin for monkey. maybe he got these maybe he did not know about these? but worth a check anyway.

Yeah, my old provider gave me the exact same hosting capabilities as trixmoto described, but I had to move to a different ISP. Cowboy, thanks for the hint, but I've went through just about every free host now, but something about angelfire just irks me. There are definitely a lot of good free hosts so don't get me wrong, but they have to remove dormant accounts eventually, and I have to switch accounts sometimes when the free host changes their service. Honestly, I have a very nice free host for websites, but not file storage -- it is www.awardspace.com. The file size limit is very small as far as I have seen, but it has 0 banners and ads, a very easy to follow interface (for those who use it, i use ws_ftp though), and fast load times. It seems to support a lot of content as well if anybody wants to try it out. I'm not a master web developer as I pretty much rely solely on html and css, but I like what they offer. http://bphsfootball.awardspace.com is actually a website I am just finishing up for my high school if anybody wants to see a preview site for the host (any little hints for improvement would be appreciated as well, but keep in mind I don't know much besides css and html. On the other hand, I am a quick learner if it is a great idea -- but, I made it for free, so don't make me learn an entire language heh)

Oh, and by the way, if anybody knows a lot about web design and would like to save me some time, I would absolutely adore to know why the links on the pictures are only clickable on the bottom 1/8 or so in Firefox (about text height). I would also love to know the bordercolor command that works in Firefox. Sorry if the html is messy, I'm usually much better than that, but it is a long story about why the code got messed up. If you want the short and sweet version -- I'll just say I hate SimpleText and Mac's at the school.

Yeah, here in the UK you normally get around 10Mb webspace, but it's often got lots of adverts and stuff pasted everywhere. I used to use mine for holding files, but 10Mb runs out very quickly, and the max filesize was 1Mb as well, which I found limiting. Now I pay for a decent host though! :)

Don't you guys get free web space from your internet providers?
In Europe (at least in whole Belgium), almost all internet providers give at least 10MB (even on free dial-in accounts!).

These skins are now mirrored here: http://trixmoto.net/mirror/mediamonkeyskins.zip

i know what you mean about finding a site to host your files.

i was looking to find one with out pop up ads. but they all limit one thing or the other.

i got my angelfire site and they have downloads but you have to put up with pop ups and adverts posted on your page.

its a little bothersome but they got to make money some how to host the free sites. so i put up with them on my page but i use a pop up blocker.

so try angelfire.com and see if you like it?

Is this skin available anymore? The download links don't seem to work anymore.

by rovingcowboy » Wed Sep 28, 2005 2:57 pm

this is an old post of mine i figured it out once i got the themeeditor and used the files from the other skin.

but the tempeletes are the skins other images.

you just need the themeedtior.exe skin engine to beable to extract them from the theme.mskn file then you can just make all the images the way you want them. and then resave the theme and your images are used.

how ever in the themeeditor.exe program you are able to tell the program to parts of the images or all the images. so you will need to do some editing with it to figure it out.

it only took me 3 hours or less to figure out the ways the skin program works. of course i use the old version so the new one might be a little different but not much.

If you are working on a skin, maybe you could send me a screenshot so I can see exactly which frame you are talking about?
