Is it "necessary" - no. However, what is the purpose for having the last song cued up forever? It is intuitive that once a song or a playlist is done, the player is cleared. At least, this is what we have come to expect since this is the behavior of Windows Media Player, VLC, QuickTime, Winamp, XMPlay ... but not MediaMonkey.
