I can confirm Heureka's behavior:
But from the previous build I have seen the same behaviour. It resulted in a device with all playlists showing up on the device but when opening one of them on the iPod touch it was listing the same track over and over again, many hundred times. The track was copied over to the device but obviously it replaced all the other tracks in the playlist. In total maybe only a dozen of files were synced (about one per playlist).
I'll try to summarize the behavior.
It appears when I attempted to autosync a playlist,
fruit_music, MM creates a sync list where each song -
apple.mp3, banana.mp3, orange.mp3
is mistakenly given the wrong track name
Apple - apple.mp3, Banana - apple.mp3, Orange - apple.mp3
When the sync occurs, MM deletes every track on the device that is not
apple.mp3. So after the sync there is only one track on the device:
apple.mp3
It also copies over the playlist but when viewed on the iPod there are three items listed: all are apple.mp3, because this is how MM translated the file for each track on the original list.
Is see the bug report has been created: To be fixed as

Is it at all worthwhile to add the summary above to the report?
I can grab a full debug log as well, if its useful.
