Hi
BTW what are the (H:, K:, J:, I:, L:) drives? I guess it is a SD card reader?
Yes, an internal card reader.
I unplugged it and i have no more anormal CPU usage with MM
I tried with 2 anothers card reader, one external multi card, and one usb stick SD reader: Same issue than with my internal.
So i leave my internal unplugged and i will plug my sd usb stick only when needed.
Si i can uninstall my 4.0.7 version and continue to use 4.1 but when i go to uninstaller manager, i have only my 4.0.7, no more 4.1
What is the right way: reinstall 4.1 again on the old 4.1 folder, then delete the 4.0.7 folder ?
Thank you, tracked as:

Solution seems to be to either:
a) revert the perodical check from 0009977
b) re-call the device enumeration less often or (instead of periodically every 30 sec.) call it after 30 seconds, then after 1 minute, then 2 minutes, then 4 minutes and so on.
About solution b, does it mean i will have the same issue (50% CPU usage) but less often ?
If yes, i don't think it is a good solution, personnaly, i don't want anormal CPU usage at all.
Maybe a button to manually recheck portable device could be a solution ?
thanks a lot.
