Start the debug program before starting MediaMonkey.
- it starts a independent program in a separate window, which starts listening for, and logging MediaMonkey events
- do whatever causes the crash
- then go back to the Debug log window, and save the log that it has recorded
BTW your problem is very unusual. A lot of us are using MM5, and find it to be reliable.

Don't worry. You won't be asked anything like that. They just need to see whatever condition you have that is evading their built-in diagnostic tool.
