I'm getting the exact same thing when running on my new PC but never had this problem on the old machine. HELP!

Also try File > Maintain library with the Compact library option selected.

Same problem for me. I just submitted a detailed debug report and screen prints of the entire process. Hopefully this can get resolved quickly.

Hi

Please install the following debug version: http://www.mediamonkey.com/sw/MediaMonk ... _2_5_5.exe
and make a debug log as explained here.
Send that debug file to support on mediamonkey.com

Auto Tag Error

by gilbert.espinosa » Thu Feb 01, 2007 1:14 pm

I get the following error message when I try to Auto Tag using Amazon:

"Access violation at address 005DF314 in module 'MediaMonkey.exe'. Read of address 00000000."

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software but there is still no change.

Version 2.5
Windows XP

Someone please help. I have no idea what to do.

Thanks in advance.

Gil.
