You can use virtual cd for this, it will store the files files form your network drive in the virtual cd folder.
Alternatively, its possible use the generic usb plugin to simulate a mp3 player, just set a device name, set the drive letter and label, and specify the sync path and options.

Just want to add, make absolutely sure that if you have delete files enabled, that you have confirmation... otherwise you could end up deleting most of your drive (because MM will think its a mp3 player and attempt to remove non-sync files).
