Not only it can sync, it's also the best at it . I guess you want to sync an iPod? Since I don't have one, I can't say too much, but as far as I can tell, the latest stable release (2.4) has good synch capabilities with many/most iPod models, which are expanded in the latest alpha (2.5, available in the beta testing forum).
