Hey,
I'm a new user on this thing (after I realized iTunes isn't all that great). I was wondering if the thing can do an automatic synch for all files without me having to do it manually for each song.

Not only it can sync, it's also the best at it 
. I guess you want to sync an iPod? Since I don't have one, I can't say too much, but as far as I can tell, the latest stable release (2.4) has good synch capabilities with many/most iPod models, which are expanded in the latest alpha (2.5, available in the beta testing forum).
