Comcast internet, S24+, I thought the 6 year old PC would be the drag?

The desktop PC is 6 years old. My S24+ phone probably has a much faster WiFi than the PC. Would it be worth it to add a thumb drive USB internet to it as a try to speed things up during a WiFi sync?

I have noticed that FLAC takes longer when doing a WiFi sync from MMA. I wanted to connect a wire [USB-C] cable and start the sync from my PC with MM5 installed. Could not figure it out. I just assumed the wired sync would be much faster.
EDIT: Oops. The USB-C cable got disconnected from the PC.

I am bit confused here. Should I just upgrade with latest build?

Problem was fixed, it should be a lot better from the next beta build. Track 17 now appears between Tracks 3 and 4. Weird stuff. I think I did another sync from MMA.
EDIT: There is something changed in this version of MM5. Add/Rescan is MUCH slower than in previous version. And, in MMA, WiFi sync is abysmally slower than before? What's going on here?

There is no issue with using Disc# in MMA.

2024.2.1.3200 I thought @Peke told me that MMA had issues with Disc#.

This is Meghan Trainor's latest album. I originally had 16 tracks. All fine with MMA. I added Track 17 in MM5 when it became available.
