I think bobspartus has the same problem as me. Tracks appear to sync normally and MM shows them in iPhone's library but they are not in the phone

I am not running it over a network, just have my files on an external hard drive.

I am experiencing long delays and sometimes complete crashes when I delete album art. Any idea why?
