wasapi troubles again... ugh
Hi everyone! I am a longtime MM gold user (4.1.25.1895) on current Win 10 PC. I am having trouble with output from wasapi to my Oppo dac. My setup use to work fine with wasapi configured in exclusive mode with all other default settings. I could stream all of my hires music in its native bit rate ...

Re: Managing 2 Libraries - lossless and lossy
Sorry it took me so long to get back. I have played with the sync function in the hopes that it could replace my own custom code for maintaining a MP3 library (on the hard drive) of my lossless music. Unfortunately, IMO, the sync function is not ready for prime-time. Unlike most of MM (which I think ...

Re: Managing 2 Libraries - lossless and lossy
I am trying it now... <edit> At first I thought it wasn't working better. But after more careful review (too many windows open :( ) it looks like this might be working better. I will do some more careful testing this evening and report back. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. :)

Re: Managing 2 Libraries - lossless and lossy
Sorry to bug you again. ugh. But after some testing on a small sub-set of my library I am having a couple of issues. Thanks for taking the time to read this! First here a quick run-down of what I am doing: - Syncing (echoing) to a shared file folder on the same PC (one-way only) - Using the d_WMDM ...

Re: Managing 2 Libraries - lossless and lossy
Thanks Lowlander! I am doing some testing and I think this will work for me. I wish I would have asked about this years ago.

Re: Managing 2 Libraries - lossless and lossy
Auto-Sync can convert on the fly so no need to manage a lossy Library. I have thought about that.... Except some people don't want to use MM to load their players, phones, etc. Having a second library of lossless gives 2 important benefits for a family: A) people can access/use it with whatever ...

Managing 2 Libraries - lossless and lossy
First of all, Thanks to everyone who takes the time to contribute to this board! I have searched for previous answers and haven't found any. Feel free to point me in the right direction. My question is what is the best way to manage two “libraries” of music – one lossless for the hi-fi and one lossy/ ...

MonkeyMote (iOS music remote control)
A little free time over the christmas holidays allowed me to play with the Collections feature and I really love it. I am running 4.1.8 Gold on Windows with a HDMI connection to my stereo. I have multiple collections for: Hi-Res, CD/normal, low-res for portable players, and Christmas music for the ...

Re: Low Volume in MediaMonkey
Thanks for the tip to try the WASAPI output! This solved my quiet volume problem too.
I have my laptop connected to my stereo via HDMI and the MM volume was substantially quieter than using WMP. I tried everything but nothing worked until I switched output plugins to WASAPI. Thanks again.

Re: Batch Art Finder 4.2 - Updated 03/07/2012
I am using version 4.3 and it works great except for one major problem: It saves the wrong image! I have tried this several times and get the same results. I search for art for several albums at time. It returns perfect search results with the first image always the correct and best image to use ...

Re: CD Drive becomes unresponsive
Actually, I am experiencing the same issue. I just installed MediaMonkey 3.1.1.1261 on a new Dell with Vista 64-bit. (I have been using MM on my older XP machine for several months with no problems.) Whenever I run MM my dvd/cd drive becomes unresponsive. After MM has been run, I can not access the ...
