Re: Art display bug - driving me CRAZY!
OOPS - my fix to this problem: I did a search on my hard drive for all instances of MM.DB and renamed each one of them; started MM4 and rescanned my MP3 folders to rebuild the MM.DB - THIS TIME I made sure that the check box was UNCHECKED to scan the folder for image files / artwork! Problem solved

Re: Art display bug - driving me CRAZY!
Figured it out. I already had / have MM3 installed on my machine; when MM4 it automatically detected the MM3's MM.DB database during the "first run" and created the new MM4 database - my MM3 database apparently, at least once, was configured on the LIBRARY->OPTIONS tab to have a checkmark active in ...

Art display bug - driving me CRAZY!
MM 4.0.21462 (and earlier versions) The image embedded within the MP3 file is sometimes NOT displayed when you've activated the Display Art features located under the VIEW main menu option (e.g. View->Show Art With Details). I confirmed that the front cover is embedded in the image with Tag & Rename ...

I opened up the "mdb" file with a programmer's text editor and the first 50 bytes or so of the file were: SQLite format 3@ QKQ So, it is definitely a SQLite database... it IS weird that I had manually deleted my MM folders after uninstalling MM2 (and earlier MM3 betas) from my hard drive, leaving ...

Inside of my \My Documents\Music\Mediamonkey folder is a 233MB sized Mediamonkey.Mdb file that is current - that folder contained NOTHING before, as I completely uninstalled Mediamonkey before installing the new beta. The .INI file inside that same folder is a minimal INI file (appears to have flags ...

Version 3.0.0.1057 Uses MDB on Vista - What Gives?
I completely uninstalled MM, downloaded newest version 3 beta (1057), and rebuilt the database. I had thought version 3 used the .DB file format now and kicked MDB to the curb... I'm staring at a brand new MDB file (233MB) that was rebuilt from scratch... and can't find any .DB file anywhere! What ...

No tabs - simply a docked window that I could park on the right side of the screen that would stay above all other windows. Player would be on bottom for quickest mouse access; Categorization toolbar above the player (again - quick access to assign ratings to songs); songs above Categorization, then ...

Request: Stackable Design That Stays On Top Of Window
A four level version of MM that would stay on top of the window (I run a 19" widescreen monitor and would prefer MM to stay on screen 100% of the time). Top layer - Tree list to select an artist 2nd layer - Albums for selected artist 3rd layer - Embedded Minilyrics 4th layer - Categorization toolbar ...
