Re: playlist , created date
In advanced auto playlists only in gold version of mm, you can tell monkey to use songs / find songs by looking for info you add in to the custom fields.
So going by that you can make an auto playlist any way you want by including some form of code in one of the custom fields.
The code can be anything that is not going to be found in any of the other tags for any of the songs, meaning you cant use artist name as a code its wasteful use of time since there is already a tag with the artist name in it.
So a code should be made up of symbols and numbers or letters and only used on the songs you want in that one playlist your making such as a list to exclude songs, by making the rule to look for the songs with the code in the custom field and not add them to your list monkey will skip them when he picks songs that match your other rules for the list.
The same is also able to make monkey only use songs for the list that have the code in the custom field, so you could see at a glance what songs you wanted to have that code with.
I use codes like 1*+k(::09 something that is not in any other tags. And i put that in custom #3 most the time, you can add multiple codes or data in the one custom field just seperate them by a blank space use of any extra characters like a comma or slash will just connect the two different codes as one so the blank space is how to use more then one code in the custom fields.

but i guess i did not understand
in short i should add metadata to some song and use this metadata to select them
but it's a waste of time
i mean i would like to create a playlist of the mp3 created in thi time (2weeks ago to today) , using the created date
how could i do ? can you give me a simple example please?
thanks

Re: playlist , created date
Use autoplaylists
Place the created date in the custom field tag of the songs if you know which the are?
Then make rule in autoplaylist's edit panel for the list to be made up of only songs that have the date in the custom field tag , but this requires you to already know which songs have been added.
Maybe you could modify this script to do what you want?

I know its an old one but it still seems to work.

No, Date Created is not an available field in MediaMonkey. Support for the field has been requested: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... =4&t=52690
