altough I tested it with another CD and that one was fully ripped so the ripping proces doesn't seem to miss tracks all the time anymore

Brouwerik, Matthias, thank you. The problem seems to be elsewhere and I probably see where it is.
I added further messages (just for sure) and done another fix, please test this:

(hopefully the last MM.exe) and let me know. In case it fails then re-generate the log.

Brouwerik, Matthias confirmed the fix (he ripped 10 CDs without a problem), it seems to be my mistake, because I edited the link to the MM.exe a while after I posted it and you might use the older one, could you please re-test again:
