1228 Tracklist Delete loses selection

When in the Tracklist I delete a track by pressing DELETE, the selection is lost - I'd expect it to retain position, thereby selecting the next track, so I can e.g. press DELETE to delete the next.

I tested this in 1232 in Locations, Artist & Album Artist, and Playlist nodes, and it seems to work as expected.

Can you elaborate?

Sure (on 1228 still):

1 Select a playlist with 3 tracks
2 Select track 1
3 Press DELETE
4 Press DELETE

Expected: #4 deletes track 2
Observed: it does not.

Figures, since this delete track from list operation is available only on static playlists.
