1349: resizing MM glitch with tabs [#7340]

Post by vpsaxman »

Steps to reproduce :

1. open enough tabs to cover an area wider than hat you're going to resize MM to
2. resize MM
3. see the glitch. The appearance the glitch takes isn't always similar.

Let me know if you can reproduce.

Thanks!

Hello. Could you be more specific about the glitch. I'm not sure what I should be looking for.

One thing i notice is that:
-the last tab on the right is cut out
-the little arrow buttons to navigate in the tabs are rendered on top of the tab instead of at the side.

See screenshot:

Problem is that scroll buttons should be higher (to fit the tabs height).

How did you manage to get the tabs look so good? What skin are you using? As you can see on the screenshot above, mine still look very detached...

I think the Firefox implementation with the Left arrow on the left side of tabs and right arrow on right side of tabs might be nice.

On the other hand I don't have a big issue with the current arrows, nor that they're on top of tabs, nor that they're a smaller height (kind of good as they're on top of a tab).
