After thorough testing and clean install, I get this error message on startup : "list of index out of bounds (1)' on startup after hiding the menu via View --> Main Menu and restarting MM.
MM still functions, however the "Menu" text item previously found on the top left is displaced to a toolbar level while the scrolling menu items remain on the top left. Of course, it makes it hard to keep focus on the menu items.
Disabling the hidden menu fixes the problem.
