4.0.3.1465 is a mess

4.0.3.1465 is a mess in Windows7 x64 = It always asks for Admin rights (Triggers UAC) and there is no way to stop it except a complete reinstall of MM and reinstall of previous version 1462 which does not have this problem

Wasted 2 hours rebuilding MM

Ouch ... Do not install

I can confirm this behaviour. It is the first time it appears on my W 7 system.
nothing but a bmf ....
