Skinned active tab does not behave properly on mouseover

Post by nohitter151 »

When bringing the mouse over the active tab, it shows the tab then as all the others are displayed. It seems to affect all skins which have defined tabs (Glided is unaffected because it has no defined tab object, however it does affect Blue Glass, VitreousBlue, others available in the forum, etc.)

1. View any skin where tabs are defined (VitreousBlue, Blue Glass, 7on, LastFM, etc.)
2. View -> Properties
2. Bring mouse over "Basic tab". Notice that with mouse over it the tab matches all the other tabs.

This is with the mouse over the Details tab:

This is the properties dialog when first opened. Everything is fine here:

This is the same properties dialog but now the mouse is over the over the Basic tab (I thought since this tab is already opened the bitmap should not change):

i think it should change with the mouse over but not to the closed bitmap? it should show the hot bitmap.

Why? Clicking the active one won't do anything, I think it should just leave it the way it is on mouseover. That is how it works in standard windows tabs.

well it was showing the mouse location on that tab by changing it to the hot color in my computers but in your image as you said it is not working and it is infact treating it as a closed tab. so it should be either left alone like you say or the use of the hot image should be fixed to work again. :D
