Ripping last track problem

Post by spudhead71 »

Whenever I try to rip a CD that has enhanced data (or whatever it's called) on the CD, the last track fails. The last track rips fine with EAC.

I'm not sure what the status of this issue is. Do you have the latest version of MediaMonkey (2.5.5)? I honestly don't know if this still is an issue with MediaMonkey 2.5.5. If you do have this version and the problem occurs could you please create a debug log as described in the Bug Report forum.

I use EAC to do my ripping, but EAC does not actually rip the last track (the data file). EAC just recognizes it is a data file and skips it.

MM failing to rip that file is probably not a big deal since it is a datafile. It isn't failing to rip and audio file.

A debug log would still be helpful to help to solve this issue.

Sorry I wasn't more specific. The last audio track fails to rip, but rips fine with EAC
