No Mediamonkey Toolbar

When I right click the Windows Vista taskbar and go to toolbars there is no option to activate de Mediamonkey Toolbar. How do I enable it??

I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate x64 Dutch and a MM3 Build 1081 Gold

I also installed it on VIsta Home Premium Dutch and MM 3 1081 Gold. Worked like a charm.
