Adding a podcast to MM3

I have searched around, but cant seem to find how to do this.

I have a url for the podcast. Where can I enter it in the MM to get podcast receiving? I read that MM3 has this capability. I also see bunch of podcasts in the podcast folder. I just dont seem to figure out how to get the one I want in there.

For those who are as dim-witted as me here is how
Podcasts ->right click has subscribe to new podcast, d'oh!
