RC2- Album art displays different in album mode

Sorry if this was a repost, but i did a search and I didn't find one with my problem

I'm tagging my album art from amazon, are from a goggle search. Before i tag the album with the album art i make sure all previous album art is deleted!!!. I tag all the albums with the new album art.

But for some reason, some of my album art is still showing prevous album art that is not tag with any of the songs when i'm in album mode in MM3.

I double check and all my songs only have the new album art in the tag. so how is it showing the old album tag in the album mode?

this is happen to a few my albums its kinda of annoying when you know you have the right album art in the tag and that the only album showing in MM3 that is there.


I did read in this post below that maybe the song are using ID3 v2.4 tag and maybe thats where the album art is stored at. But I dont know how to tell if I'm using ID3 v2.3 or ID3 2.4.

If you right click on the Album Art you can choose which one you want to view (i.e. it's possible for the Art in the view to not match up with the Art in the Album Art window).

Edit: also by clicking 'Properties' for any track, and then selecting the Album Art tab, you can view ALL of the Album Art associated with the track. The ID3 v2.4 Album Art issue was fixed in RC-3 btw.
