RC3 Screen redraw problem [3788]

There is a big problem when the screen is resized horizontally.

For example, make the window narrow by selecting the right hand side and drag left.
Then drag the vertical bar between the tree on the left and the list of songs to the right.
MM is title bar is now the wrong size, areas of white appear etc etc
