By the sounds of it this is one of the last, but frankly there will be as many as are needed to make sure the MM3 final release is as high quality as possible.
Download my scripts at my own MediaMonkey fansite.
All the code for my website and scripts is safely backed up immediately and for free using Dropbox.
well.. it's very solid and stable now.. so why does it matter? - you can download it and use it.. so there's no problem.
I personally would like to see them relax a little with the deadline and get to some of the scripting requests and other feedback that is coming through... however, it's not like they're gonna stop developing MM after they release 3.. so I'm not worried either way.
and there are a few bugs being found for the database i seen in the beta testing forum.
so they are very close to final version. if they go on to rc 14 as you said.?
take in to consideration the amount of time they spend on each RC version. and this is 5 now going on 6. that means Rc 14 would be next christmas time before we got to that one.
so do you really want to wait that long? i'm sure rusty and jiri can slow down on the release's of them if you want them too.
but me and the rest would rather have one or two more RC versions and get them fixed by new years day. then wait another full year.?

I could careless when they release a retail version keep it like Newleecher. NewsLeacher is my favorite usenet reader and they keep it in RC forever. I think the highest I see was like RC 19 for a version once then two week later they will have beta 1 of the next version.
