How to xfer album art from pre-v3 to tags in v3?

I have a huge collection of music created with MM 2.5 and earlier. All my album art is stored in a JPG file per album stored in the MM database. Since upgrading to v3 I would like to transfer the album art to the song tags (I use FLAC). Is there a utility/script in MM3 to do this transfer from the external album art file into the the song tag in one go for all my songs?
