MM2.3beta1: small GUI issues

The 1st issue seems to depend on the strings length and/or the screen resolution, observed with french and italian versions, 1024*768:
- select any track,
- display the "Properties" dialog,
- select the last tab of the dialog (Virtual CD),
-> the 1st tab disappears and a weird couple of buttons are displayed at the right (i assume this is to browse through the tabs when some are hidden but the buttons are really ugly):

The leftmost buttons displays back all the tabs, while the other one does nothing...

2nd one is related to the new "autotag from amazon" dialog: the left button is really too small!

Beta2: ok for the button, but the 1st issue remains.

Another GUI issue found in Script.ini.

If you add a new script like this:

[ExportCUE] 
FileName=CueExport.vbs 
ProcName=ExportCUE 
Order=6 
DisplayName=Track list (C&UE)
Description=Export to .CUE
Language=VBScript 
ScriptType=1

And if the 'Description' field is empty or contains accentuated characters, the displayed tooltip is something that looks like the .po header and it is 10 lines long...

I just discovered the problem came from my own skin containing an old "Theme.mskn". Actually the problem is fixed if i replace this file.
