I bought MM gold and recently upgraded to MM3 and delighted with it so far but it could really do with AAC encoding on-the-fly for auto conversion syncing to iPods.
Auto-conversion was a key buying factor for me as all my music is ripped to FLAC on a central server. One son has a Creative Zen and that syncs beautifully converting FLAC on-the-fly to WMA. However, my other son has recently acquired an iPod nano. I know I can use MP3 but the audio quality for the same size is rubbish really so I would much rather convert to AAC on the fly. There are AAC plugins around so surely this shouldn't be hard? I'd even pay for it if there is a licence fee involved.
Keep up the good work!

I second that!
I too have a centrally served FLAC collection I wish to transcode to AAC with the on-the-fly conversion/sync feature.
