Sort by Album Artist in Advanced Search and Auto Playlists

Post by Grahambo »

It would be nice to be able to sort by Album Artist in addition to Artist in the advanced search and auto playlist dialogs.

Missing this quite a bit

That there is no Album Artist node still is a disappointment :(
Although the combinded artist/album artist helps a little

Advanced Duplicate Find & Fix Find More From Same - Custom Search. | Transfer PlayStat & Copy-Paste Tags/AlbumArt between any tracks.

I have a relatively fresh install of MM3 1140 and there isn't and Album Artist Node that I can find. For MM2 I used magic nodes to create it you may have a hidden script that you have forgotten about or an option somewhere?

For the autoplaylist:

This one depends on how you organise your music on the hard drive, but if your file path is some thing like C:\Music\AlbumArtist\Album\Trackname.mp3 then sorting by path will get the desired effect.
