"This file contain an illegal Sample Loop" which means it is Corrupted.
MediaMonkey Locks as it tries to reconstruct/retrieve corrupted data.
I'll see what is going on and update this.

I do not know where you got that WAVE and which App has created it but here is what is the facts:
- http://www.sonicspot.com/guide/wavefiles.html#smpl Incorrect Chunk creation, unknown manufacturer/Format http://www.sonicspot.com/guide/midimanufacturers.html
- there is 43544 of Unknown/Junk Data at the end of File That is actually 0.247 s (247 ms) of audio data
- those 247 ms is loop sample incorrectly written for unknown Sampler appended to end of file
- Loop sample error is actually real loop sample at the end of file
Files:
Invalid sample Loop error:
http://www.mmfanbox.x10hosting.com/mmte ... leLoop.wav
Lost Sample (Unknown/Junk Data):
http://www.mmfanbox.x10hosting.com/mmte ... Sample.wav
Tools Used in repairing: Calculator, Hex Editor, AudioCity, and Above Specifications
Solution: Open and save file in AudioCity which will edit and Correct Corrupted File Format. I'm not sure that we can do anything without implementing Wave Editing Ability.
