...set the M3U Settings (EDIT: relabelled "Copy playlists") "Destination directory" to the playlists directory that actually exists, failing which warn if the profile default directory does not exist.

Note: The default \Playlists\ fails on the Creative Zen, which uses \My Playlists\ . EDIT This can be vary hard for the average use to debug so I think MM should do a bit more to help here, hence the above.
