1155: Some feeds are very slow to Update

I have now moved 74 feeds into MM from iTunes.

I have two feeds which take a very long time (>5 minutes) to Update and peg my CPU at 100% while waiting. Both feeds can be retrieved and viewed in FF2 in <30 seconds so slow down at source should not be an issue.

Worst by far is
http://feeds.feedburner.com/indiefeedperformancepoetry/

but this feed is also an issue
http://feeds.feedburner.com/BandanaBlues

I have many other feedburner feeds which process without problem, so I don't think that is the common denominator. The number of episodes in these feeds, 365 and 167 respectively, may be a factor.

I tested these feeds individually after a clean boot and Update All with basically just MM running.

Tested in 1159. WOW. Fixed with a vengeance.

High CPU wait eliminated and visibly faster update cycle for individual episodes.

With this fix hourly updates are now feasible option.
