Sorry...
/jeff
Just one thing though. I think i may not have the right formula. What is the correct one now?

Re: AutoRateAccurate 2.2 RC8 - Finally stable?
Hi Jeff!
I'll have a look at the setup. The problem proabably is that you haven't restarted MM after upgrading?
If you still see 2.1 then the setup didn't work correctly. You surely downloaded the newest version from my last post? In the first post still 2.1 is linked.
Btw it's ok that there are still lines in the scripts.ini! Also version 2.2 needs them. But it's no real problem if you deleted them because it recreates them automatically at startup.
About the formulas: The formulas are always updated to the newest version when you install a new version of the script. So you don't have to do anything. Just select the formula that you like hte most. Btw if you move the mouse over the formulafield it will show you soem inforations about them.

Re: AutoRateAccurate 2.2 RC8 - Finally stable?
Benny,
It seems to be working now.
The way I installed it was changing the .zip to mmip and then double clicked the file. It seemed to install correcttlly. I have restarted MM a bunch of time. and it nows appears to be working.

Oops, now that was just embarrasing for me. Sorry about the false alarm.
Re: AutoRateAccurate 2.2 RC8 - Finally stable?
@kazadharri: Thanks, good news!
@JuBe: No problem! I'm quite happy that it's not a bug of my script!
@all: I'll release the final in some weeks as I have holidays now and I'm away.
And I just don't want to release a final and be away when some new users need help... But it's good anyway so you have enough time to find new bugs. So keep them posting, I'll fix them when I'm back.
Btw here's the new structure of the customfield in AutoRateAccurate 2.2. If someone is interested in.
Cya!

Re: AutoRateAccurate 2.2 RC8 - Finally stable?
How do I get rid of my songs rated with 25 Stars? Using version 2.1!
A lot of songs get a 25 star rating, although mediamonkey isn't showing them, monkeyrok does and it kinda f*cks up the layout.

Re: AutoRateAccurate 2.2 RC8 - Finally stable?
OK,
It is happening again.
Error#500 - Microsoft VBScript runtime error
Varinle is undefined: 'Song'
File "C:\Progra~1\Media~1\Scripts\Auto\AutoRateAccStrater.vbs", Line:165, column: 3
Click OK the I get
Error happened during script execution:
Variable is undefined: 'Song'
They MM opens up, but AAR is now no longer installed. at least in the tools menu, but it is present when I look under the extensions menu. ??
Also it seems to be working when a song is played?? But no button on the menu bar as well.
I have tried to install it and MM3 again and it still doesn't seem to work.

Re: AutoRateAccurate 2.2 RC8 - Finally stable?
AutoRateAccurate 2.2 RC9
Changes since RC8:
-Fixed: Correcting LastPlayed-date has been fixed.
@kazadharri: Thanks, for the report! Has been fixed. The problem was: MediaMonkey has sometimes the problem that there is no DateAdded in some songs (no idea why) which confuses the script. That's why I added a little fix for this MM-problem which adds a DateAdded. As all my songs already have DateAdded I couldn't test this part by myself and that's why I didn't see the bug in it. But it's fixed now!
@zerosignal: 25 stars? Then there is a bug in MonkeyRok... In MediaMonkey there are only stars from 0.5-5 possible which are stored as values from 0-100. Do you use the newest version of MonkeyRok? I'll contact trixmoto.
Sorry, ths is my last post for the next 10 days!

Would it be possible to post a screenshot in the MonkeyRok thread so that I can take a look at this?zerosignal wrote:How do I get rid of my songs rated with 25 Stars? Using version 2.1!

Re: AutoRateAccurate 2.2 RC8 - Finally stable?
This is how it looks in the treenode. In the standard context menu of mediamonkey, songs with 25 stars are rated as UNKNOWN.trixmoto wrote:Would it be possible to post a screenshot in the MonkeyRok thread so that I can take a look at this?zerosignal wrote:How do I get rid of my songs rated with 25 Stars? Monkeyrok doens't know UNKNOWN and displays all the 25 stars...

When I delete the 25.0 star ratings (by making them 3.0 star) it's back to normal. When I do the autorating, a lot of songs get the 25.0 star rating back. So it is NOT monkeyrok, but this plugin....
Settings within the 2.0.2 version of the plugin are almost default. I recently changed the formula to 100000000 * (Played-2*Skip)^5 / DaysSinceAdded^1.5 / 1.01^DaysSinceLastPlayed, but before this change I had 25.0 ratings.
The percentages add up to exactly 100%.
Also weird: the slider to standard rating for unratable songs (which is enabled) is always at 5.0, even when I set it as 3.0....
@trixmoto: i posted the picture here, because I think it is nog monkeyrok (look at the other pic). if you still want me to post it there, please give me a yell!

Sorry, one of your music tracks which are appearing as 25 stars. The smaller the better, but any size should be fine.
