Hi,
first of all a big thanks to you guys for implementing the iPod support.
I deleted all songs from my iPod (4. gen 40 GB) via the ipod node in MM, but this only deleted the files not the ipod database. So i cleared the database with iTunes. After that, i switched the sync mode to "sync only selected" and began to copy music to my ipod. This runs fairly well but after the first reconnection of my iPod it screwed up my iPods name. It is called "iPod von Achim", now it says "IPOD VON AC". I checked it in iTunes and there it shows the name, too. No real problem but not nice.
Because I use the "sync only selected" mode i want to select an artists node and press "Sync". While MM transfers music to the iPod I select another node and press "Sync" again. This starts a second "transfer task" slowing the whole thing down. I would prefer to keep MM the first transfer and queue the second one to be started when the first one is finshed (like iTunes does). It makes no real sense to me to do a parallel synchronisation, because I store my music on a remote pc and connect the iPod to my laptop which ist connected via WLAN. So the syncronisation speed is already limited by the bandwith of the WLAN.
Keep up the good work ! Thanks.
