Adding to an existing .m3u
Is it possible it add tracks to an existing .m3u playlist using MM? Thank you.
Re: Adding to an existing .m3u
You will need to import it (Add/Rescan Tracks), add tracks, and export it again.

Thanks, but is it possible to add/rescan an .m3u file, that is, just the playlist index, not the tracks?Lowlander wrote:You will need to import it (Add/Rescan Tracks), add tracks, and export it again.
Re: Adding to an existing .m3u
No, unless you store it in it's own folder you can't rescan individual files in MediaMonkey.
You could also just select the M3U file type to be added and deselect all others (MediaMonkey will still run through all files in the folder, but will only add playlists).

Actually LL I've found that sotring an .m3u in its own fodler makes no difference to whether it scans the tracks (provided track references remain valid, of course).Lowlander wrote:No, unless you store it in it's own folder you can't rescan individual files in MediaMonkey.
