Embedded Minilyrics v1.4b [MM2+3+4]

I am using version 6.1.3723 of Minilyrics and I am having trouble viewing lyrics. I ma using MediaMonkey 3.0.6.1190 and Embedded Minilyrics v1.4b. The Embedded MiniLyrics box shows just no lyrics inside, just a white background. Minilyrics appears to be working ok (works as expected with the extension disabled). Is there some special settings or something I am missing?

So it's just not embedding?

I am not really sure, because minilyrics is not showing up (it is running, the icon is in the systray, and the process is running) . When I first start MediaMonkey minilyrics appears briefly then disappears but it is not embedded.

Did you check if the opacity is set to 100%?

I'm not sure how to insert a screen shot. I've tried clicking on the Img button above but can't figure it out. If you tell me how to do it I will.

Imagine the shot that Deadman shows. Imagine the lower right hand box of the lyrics showing in the upper left corner. It's like the minilyrics box has shifted to the left and up. Then I have to go to preferences and click on different skins 5,6,7, or so times until the lyrics synch.

Again, tell me how to do the screen shot and I will.

Just upload your picture to any image hosting site (imageshack.us, neebit.com, etc.)

After you upload your image they will provide you with a code that you can copy and paste to show the image in the forum.

Opacity is set to 100%. This is a brand new install of minilyrics so all default settings in place.

I think the default skin is transparent so you'll have to change it to a non-transparent skin.

i tried changing the skin but it didnt help. i can use the lyrics editor, floating lyrics, and lyrics bar. but the embedded lyrics do not seem to work. i have played with opacity, skins, and font color. nothing has helped. what now?

oh yeah. when i pass the mouse over the empty embedded box, the mouse changes to a pointer hand when in the middle of the box. i dont know what that means but thought i would pass that on.

What are your display settings? Sounds as if the Minilyrics window might be working ok but you have everything (background color, lyrics color) set to white!

i have both "always on top" and "Activate, minimize and restore with player window" checked. that's it in that window

Mulitple line style
Align lyrics at left
Lyrics display Karaoke>Normal

minilyric preferences>general lyrics window>Font and color:
Checked load skin's color theme when skin changes
line spacing: 2
Color of lyrics text
highlight lyrics color: white
normal lyrics color: orange
background color: grayblue
edited line background color:" turqoise
tag color in lyrics editor: dark blue

do not have blending lyrics text enabled.

minilyric preferences>general lyrics window>background picture:
Checked: use album art picture if possible, outline lyrics text when background picture is used, darken background of lyrics, only display the current line of lyrics.
10 second picture show delay time.

all checked.
