Closing parent node doesn't collapse child node 5155WONTFIX

I had noticed this on prior releases but I didn't think much of it, until I had a bunch of child nodes expanded and when I closed the library node (via mouse) and re-expanded, the child nodes were still open.

Is this an intentional change or regression?

Might be intentional, Windows Explorer works the same for me.
