1131 Refresh fails to refresh tree [#5236]

Refresh doesn't refresh the tree.

I'm assuming (there's no documentation) Refresh is supposed to refresh the tree because otherwise there's no way of e.g. getting a list back in sort order after an edit, except by e.g. collapsing/expanding which loses the selection position.

1 In Artist node having artists ~ and a, edit ~ to z
2 Press F5 (Refresh)

Expected: artist z moves to end.
Observed on 1213: artist z does not move.

Workaround: collapse and expand Artist node (loses selection) .

Since I'm still guessing what Refresh is designed to do, may I suggest this be covered in the Help? Thanks.
