[1232] Tracks With Year 2009 Added to Library as 2000 -#5469

When I play a track outside of my library that has the year 2009 set for date, it displays as 2000, and when I add it to my library it is imported as 2000.

Once I tag it as 2009 (or others that were already tagged as 2009) it displays as 2009.

Also, in Album Art with Details mode, sorted by date, the title for 2000 displays as 200.

Actually, it's happening on 1990 as well. It shows as 199.

Reproduced here, except it is not limited to 2000 or 1990, the displayed year is the beginning decade for whichever year the track is tagged with. For instance 1987 is displayed as 1980 and 1999 is displayed as 1990.

Reported as 5469.

EDIT: This works fine in 1228 and 1229.

Perhaps related issue: When I check "Files to Edit/Unsynchronized Tags" it lists almost all tracks with the Date highlighted.

Yes, that is reproducible here as well. I think this is related to another change that was made in a recent build:
