MediaMonkey on CD-R

Post by normington »

hey, could sum1 copy the media monkey setup file onto a cd-r for me? its just that ive only gt internet access at skool and they've blocked all downloads there. if somebody could copy it onto a cd-r and post it to me, ill send back some money to cover the expence of the cd-r itself and the p&p.
if sum1 can do this for me i'd be really grateful, just send me a private message or put a post on this.
tks,

There is allways way to do it :)
If you want I can send you small file which will be Attached but Not Attached :) Check in your school Email size limit as this can be problem.

One Q, why don't you go into one of Public Internet Access points and DL MM to Flash Drive or Burn it on CD?

public access point would be an internet cafe or library with internet ready computers, i think.

also, surely you have disk drives at your school? the file can then be split using winrar or a similar program. if your school doesn't have any method of getting files off the computers then you should probably have a word with them, although i wouldn't mention you only want it for mediamonkey ;)

well, the only computer's we're allowed to use in school (without a big hefty teacher lookin over ur shoulder and askin wt media monkey is and then givin u a dt) are in the library where they dont hav cd rewriters. all the computers everywhere else hav em but theres no way i'd b allowed to use them without teacher supervision and especially not to burn programs that arent education related onto cd.

The Plan!

Post by EAJ »

Heres what you need to do:

1) Buy a CD-R if you havent already got one.
2) Take it to your ICT Technicians office during break or lunch time.
3) Ask them if they have time to put MediaMonkey on the CD-R for you, be VERY nice to them  Don't forget to leave them the details of the address!
4) Uppon delivery of said CD-R by your friendly ICT technician, present them with a can of Coke or a Mars bar etc...
5) Enjoy MediaMonkey!
