Cannot load query data: Could not find condition ID: 209/207
When I turn on MM, I get two popups with this error. It will also not load any of my music in the library. Tried un/reinstall, but when i did, it will not uninstall one file (there is a separate post on this, but I don't know if it's related). Any ideas?

Usually this error occurs when one has installed the beta version, then gone back to 3.0 - because the database is not backwards compatible.

Well, I just downloaded 3.0.7.1191 as a gold member, and it has the same problem. Was it supposed to convert the DB? Now what's my next step?

The error occurs when you downgrade from 3.1 to 3.0 since the database isn't backwards compatible. The solution is to restore an old database before the conversion for 3.1 or just to install the latest beta version available (Currently build 1251).buggsy22 wrote:Well, I just downloaded 3.0.7.1191 as a gold member, and it has the same problem. I should have stated that I upgraded to 3.0.7.1191 from an older version; maybe 3.0.[3/4], I think it was 6-9 months old.

Are you sure you never had installed a 3.1 build? I'm relatively certain that no changes to the database structure were made at all between 3.0.3 and 3.0.7 - according to the changelog, the only changes between 303 and 307 were various iPod and iPhone support upgrades.buggsy22 wrote:I should have stated that I upgraded to 3.0.7.1191 from an older version; maybe 3.0.[3/4], I think it was 6-9 months old.

Re: Cannot load query data: Could not find condition ID: 209/207
I was having this issue as well after trying to downgrade. I've gone back to the latest beta version now (1251) but I'm curious about what I would have had to do to completely get rid of the new version of the database in order to use 3.0.7.xxx or earlier. It seems like there should be a way to get rid of the beta build completely if one wanted to.
Any idea's?

Re: Cannot load query data: Could not find condition ID: 209/207
You would need to delete the Database (MM.DB), start up the old version and it would then create a new database. The database is stored in the following places, depending on your version of Windows:
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Local Settings\Application Data\MediaMonkey\MM.DB
Windows Vista: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\MediaMonkey\MM.DB
If you were previously using 3.0.x before trying the 3.1 version, then the Alpha/Beta would have converted your database, but would have left you a backup of the original as "MM.pre31" if I'm not mistaken. To use that, you would delete the 3.1 database (MM.DB) and then rename "MM.pre31" to "MM.DB," then start up your copy of 3.0.x

there is a backup version:
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Local Settings\Application Data\MediaMonkey\MM.DB
Windows Vista: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\MediaMonkey\MM.DB
you would recognize the file when you'll see it.
just rename it...
work like a charm (if the problam is an update.)
