Add "Proper Case" to Auto Tagging

When auto tagging from filename or vice versa, it would be nice if there was an option to allow Proper Capitalization of song names and titles. There will definitely be some cases where it won't work correctly (for example CCR would become Ccr which doesn't work quite nicely) but so long as you can turn it on or off would be great.

I have a bunch of songs that are all in lower case, and it would be nice to have something that would clean those up for me.
