A few more suggestions to improve the program for classical music lovers -

In classical music collections the artist and composer are almost always different and you need to sort on one or another; say I need to find all Beethoven's symponies, or more specific, all disks of Symphony No 3 (of which I've got 5 disks). Also, performer/orchestra/composer might vary from track to track. I would be nice to have some support for it (there is a conductor field, but no orchestra field, etc.)

I have about 3000 CD's of classical music, and I had the same problem.
I solved this problem as follows:

- On the first screen "Track Properties" (All tracks): empty the field: "Album Artist"
- On the first screen "Track Properties" (NOT all tracks) Fill Artist with Composer name(e.g.: Beethoven etc.)

- On the detail screen of "Track Properties": Use Composer for the Orchestra of Ensemble
- On the detail screen of "Track Properties": Use Lyricist for the Conductor
- On the detail screen of "Track Properties": Use Involved people for soloists

It is possible to use for the former three fields the custom1 to 3 fields. I did'nt use them for these fields are used for type of CD (AAD/DDD) and CD-Brand and number.

Further I made two magic nodes to make this changes visible:

1: Artist Orchestra and Conductor|child of:Artist\<Composer>\<Lyricist>\Album>

This makes the orchestra + conductor and relevant albumtracks visible.

2: Artist Composer|child of:Artist\<Artist>\<Album>

This makes the various Composers on one CD visible

This solution separates the various composers from one disc. You still keep the content of all tracks in one album.

Attention: When you change the fill in fields you might change the node-fields as well.
