1256 In playlist, 1 ref removal removes other refs! [#5963]

1 On the Properties Classification tab of a track referenced multiple times in one playlist, untick the first reference e.g.

2 Click OK, see in track list, one reference is removed

3 Press F5 (Refresh)

Expected: no change
Observed: the unremoved references disappear:
