2 Click a Track List track (NP highlighted goes to grey as expected
3 Drag the track from Track List to an UNselected track in NP - as expected, NP selected track highlight remains grey:
4 Drag the track from Track List to the SELECTED track in NP
Observed: highlight goes blue, falsely indicating focus and hiding the drop indicator meaning the user cannot tell if the drop is above or below the track:
Expected: highlight stays grey, showing the drop indicator:
The same issue affects drags from Now Playing to a playlist's Track List.
