I recently noticed that when I connect my iPod Classic to MM, it automatically syncs my On-The-Go playlist from the iPod to MM. It never did that before. I upgraded from MM 3.1.0.1212 to 3.1.0.1256 about a month ago so that may explain the change. I can't, however, find a setting that controls it. Is there one? No biggie if not but I'd prefer to disable copying the iPod's on-the-go playlist to MM.
Thanks,

Re: On-The-Go playlist auto-synced from iPod Classic to MM
It has copied back the playlist for as long as I've used MM (since version ~2.4) and it isn't configurable.

Huh, I'm pretty sure the on-the-go playlist never auto-synced for me before and I've been using MM since 2.5. Not a big deal though. Thanks for the response!

Re: On-The-Go playlist auto-synced from iPod Classic to MM
Has anyone run into the issue (ipod classic) where it syncs the on-the-go playlist BUT in MM it creates it as a new playlist called 'on the go 1", then clears the list on the ipod?
Then next time you sync it copies the 'on the go 1' list back ONTO the ipod, so you now have multiple 'on the go' playlists in the ipod, that you have to manually delete in MM next time (since playlist manipulation options are so bare in the ipod interface itself).
Anyone run into this and knows how to fix??!?!? I just want it to sync the on the go playlist like ANY OTHER PLAYLIST

Re: On-The-Go playlist auto-synced from iPod Classic to MM
I can confirm that MM 3.1.0.1256 automatically copies the On-The-Go playlist from my iPod Classic to the MM library as On-The-Go1. MM then syncs On-The-Go1 from MM back to the iPod and deletes the iPod On-The-Go playlist. I don't know of a fix or work-around.

On mine it creates multiple on the go (1,2,3,4 etc.) and syncs them to both.
Really, really annoying as you have to delete dupes in MM then resync the ipod a second time to delete it on the ipod
