When I right click the tray icon I want to be able to do two things
Send the track to a playlist
When I hover over it I want to be able to see what track it is.

When I hover over the Tray Icon, it already displays "Artist - Title | Time/Total Time" in the form of a tooltip like popup. Doesn't this fit your second request?
