Media Monkey won't open

When I try to open Media Monkey I get this from Microsoft Windows: (Media Monkey audio library has stopped working).

How do I correct this?

I get exactly the same problem.
I am running Window 7 64bit
I tried various compatability modes with no luck. I tried running as administrator with no luck either.
When I installed, I did not select Media Monkey as the default handler for anything.

I dived into the event viewer and found the following. I'm dead keen to give this a go, but I'm a little disappointed at how it's going so far

More thoughts - qtcf.dll is some part of quicktime, so I checked if that was up to date - it is. My Quicktime version is 7.6.4

I've been using MM for some time now with no problems, but had the same issue just recently. I just downloaded the program and reinstalled (didn't even bother to uninstall the earlier version i was running) and all is working fine now.

I was having a very similar problem in Windows 7 x64. I uninistalled Quicktime and now it works like a charm.

I fixed the problem by uninstalling Quicktime and re-installing Media Monkey it works just fine.
